Full Itinerary

Day 01: Colombo Arrival – Transfer to Sigiriya

Upon arrival, you will meet & greet by your private guide & driver. After discussing the trip plan, we will privately transfer you to Dambulla. Check-in to a most luxurious boutique hotel in Dambulla. Relax and Unpack/ unwind & relax after a long flight at one of the most recommended hotels in the cultural triangle Sri Lanka.

Day 02: Village Tour – (Optional) Sigiriya Rock Fortress – Minneriya National Park

After leisure breakfast, we could explore the attractions within the Dambulla area. By 10.30 AM we will be starting the village tour with bullock-cart ride/ catamaran ride and enjoy the lunch with typical Sri Lanka local cuisine. Afternoon you may experience the largest herd of wild Elephants in Asia at Minneriya National Park during wildlife safari. Back to the hotel before dusk.

Day 03: Transfer to Kandy

Transfer to Kandy. En route, visit Dambulla Cave Temple (A UNESCO World Heritage) and leave for Kandy. Explore Spice Garden in Mathale. Reach Kandy by 1.00 PM and check-in to Kandy Hotel. Evening visit Tooth Relic Temple and cultural show Kandy.

Day 04: Kandy – Pinnawala – Kandy

Visit Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage with bottle feeding where you could see the largest herd of captive Asian Elephants. Upon completion, proceed towards Kandy and enjoy the lunch. Afternoon visit Royal Botanic Gardens Kandy with Kandy sightseeing city tour. Back to the hotel by 5.00 PM and evening leisure.

Day 05: Transfer to Nuwara Eliya by Scenic Train

Today we check-out and transfer to Nuwara Eliya luxury scenic train (Subject to seat availability) Evening do a sightseeing city tour and spend some time in front of Gregory Lake Nuwara Eliya.

Day 06: Nuwara Eliya

Optional visit to Horton Plains National Park (A UNESCO World Heritage). This is a very interesting walk through misty climate. Also, you may visit Baker’s Water Fall & World’s End.

Day 07: White Rafting Tour to Bentota

Check-out by 10.00 AM and transfer to Bentota via Kitulgala. Optional adventure – White water rafting in Kitulgala.

Day 08: Bentota Leisure
